dash panel

Can someone tall me how to remove the dash panel from a 1999 sierra 4.3 so I can get at the instrument lights behind the speedo and tacho?

the little trim piece that goes around the gauges and the stereo and climate cntrl and everything....it just pops off...dont be scared to use your finger muscles...its pretty durable.
