Is that true Smoke about the firmer shifts? I tried the firmer shifts on mine and it was pretty harsh at times. I was afraid that it would jar the drivetrain took much and cause it to loosen up over time, so I took it off.

It depends on how firm it shifts. If it is slamming all the time, then yeah you will start breaking stuff. But if it is just shifting quickly without feeling like it is slamming it will be better for your tranny. I noticed mine slam into gear 2 times, but both were when I was racing, and had the guy beat, so I let off anf it just happened to be right as the tranny was about to shift. So I just watch it now and make sure not to let off right before a shift.

Ok thanks! I just set mine back. I know what you mean about laying off all the sudden, it seems to be the only time it slamms into gear.
