Never in a truck. SRT-4 and multiple camaros. The biggest was a 125. The kits were only on for a short amount of time. The SRT-4 was in it when a motorcycle pulled out in front of him at 2 am. When he backed out of the throttle he taco-ed the butterfly in the throttle body and turned the intake tube into a canoe.

No, when the intake tube split the increased pressure was released.
The install was done by a reputable shop. The problem turned out to be a faulty seleniod. The point is the system was not too big (75hp) and everything ran under "proper conditions". When a $15 part fails is it worth the $400 in parts you may have to replace for 75hp?

you can also spin a motor bearing at any given time....with everything there are risks.
And the srt-4 was also runnin a turbo that adds up to 2 powa adders which is more strain on the motor never heard of a faulty noid causing that. Most of the time they get stuck open/shut, and thats due MOST of the time by the line gettin cloged up with debris from changin bottles and not being careful where u put the line down at.

Lol, I just had a funny image run thru my head. A SRT-4 running full tilt down the highway and then BOOM! When the smoke clears, theres nothing left. Just thought I'd share that moment. lol.
