have you had the battery tested? Does your truck have all the automatic shutoffs for the interior lights and such? If not start double checking that your interior lights are shutting off, or try taking the under-hood light bulb out. It doesn't take much to drain a battery if it sits on for a week. We had a work van that the glove box light wasn't turning off because the door wouldn't shut all the way it would kill the battery in about 2-3 days.

I also have an '03 Silverado and it does the same thing. It has done it since it was new. The dealer tried several things, some of which I don't even know. The last thing was a new speedometer. It is better than it used to be, but still very annoying. So far, I just live with it...like several other things on this truck!

You can check for a drain on your battery by checking for current flow with everything turned off. You have to connect an amp meter in series with your battery. Disconnect one battery lead and connect one of your amp meter's leads to the battery post and the other to the cable you took off. If you measure any current flow, disconnect one fuse at a time until you see the flow drop off. That circuit should be what is pulling your battery down. Be sure to have your meter set to measure amps, not volts. Good luck.
