Yep.....EVERY time I turn both of them on this happens.....so its Isolated to the blower circut.....Slim I will have to try that..(gotta buy a clip on amp meter first)...I will probably pull the Alt and battery again.......( take Battery to Wally World for free replacement and alternator to O Riellys and see if I can get them to warrenty it out also.........Thanks ALL I will keep you updated

Chris have you tried to run the fans with the key on but engine not running just to see what kind of draw you get directly from the battery.

Yeah I have tried a lot of diffrent things....I changed the battery today and still have the same issue...I guess the alternator is going to have to have a second look.

Hey I added an extra ground cable and also an extra positive cable from the top post battery straight to the back of the alternator, and this helped alot when my fans came on. The voltage came right back up to 14.2 after the draw with everything on. Before it was minus .4- .6 volts.

I will look into doing that roughneck....I had originally thought about putting in a second battery.......which brings in a whole other question.
