I bought a 2WD 1986 C10 and want to totally remove the cruise control. It has been many years since I ripped into an older truck like this and I don't want to do the wrong thing. I am targeting removing items under the hood dealing with engine and tranny, but not ripping wiring out on firewall or under the dash. It's got the 4 barrel 305 with automatic transmission (haven't checked what tranny yet). Could not really find any posts on here about this subject.
