Engine specs

Does anyone know where I can find exact engine specs ( cam, push rods, valves, springs, etc. ) Haynes and chilton only gives real basic info. Thanks for any help. Happy New Year

No Problem. My e-mail is dlorusso79@optonline.net. My truck is a 2003 silverado 5.3l/323 Z71. I am swapping cams, heads etc.and any help would help.
