well ill have to have my buddy do that wireing cause i dont wanna mess anything up lol
but my next question is i dont think my truck can pull a trailor that will need brakes on it or can i cause i have seen trucks like mine pull 30-40 foot car trailors fully loaded

I would bet the trailer has a ground wire issue. Grounds on trailers (and anything for that matter) can cause some strange issues. I was having a similar problem with mine - all lights worked, but when the blinker was turned on all the light would get real dim. I ended up running a new ground to each taillight and adding a ground location to the trailer (now it has 2 grounded eyelets through the frame - one in the back and one in the front which are connected to each other). This was about a year ago and they have worked perfect ever since.

I have to agree... Your trailer is having Grounding issues
Looks like the harness to truck is grounding properly but the light fixture to the trailer chassis isn't.
