Default Exhaust

I finally got my exhaust done. I think I overdid it though. Now I just need to force more air through to make up for the well scavaging exhaust. I will post the pics asap.

Glad you got it on brother! I know it sounds good and I think everything will work out in time. Now you can check dual exhaust and flowmaster 40's off of you plans and put it in your been their, done that list.

a nice set of cams should get you your low end back. Oh and dont forget to throw in a set of dart heads.

I have been searching online for a solution, and a cam seems to be the way to go. Although alot of things I read said that the best exhaust is a short, no muffler exhaust. I also read that stock exhaust systems mke great lowend torque at the loss of high end HP due to backpressure. So I think that means to get alot of low end Tq, you need alot of backpressure, but if you want alot of high end HP, you need little backpressure. Now how do we get both? I do not want to have to run high RPM all the time as that will burn alot of fuel. I think Ishould have alot of high end power now, and my 45-75 is probably great. I have not tested it yet though. I need tofind a way to get my holeshot backas that is what most of the racing I do is. So if anybody can help. I am going to start looking at cams, but I want to find other solutions as well. Maybe I can block up one pipe for now, but I do not know what with, any ideas?
