Exhaust Manifold Problems
Hello, I am new to this forum and need help with diagnosing my problem. I have 1995 Chevy Silverado 5.7L 4x4. I am having problems with my exhaut manifold getting really hot(just the right side manifold). I start up the truck and it runs fine for the first minute or so and then once its warmed up it starts to run like crap. I have hardly no acceleration and when I slow down at a stop sign it stalls out on me. Also when it's warmed up when i have it in neutral i'll stepm on the gas and it will studder. Thats about the best I can describe it if you have to know anything else I can tell you. I dont know if it matters or not if its manual 5 speed. I'd greatly appreciate any help I can get.

RE: Exhaust Manifold Problems
It sounds to me like you have a fuel mixture problem. If your right exhaust manifold is getting hot then i would have to say that your right bank is running way lean. My suggestion is to run a good helping of injector cleaner through your system and do a complete tune-up. And if that doesnt solve your problem then you might have some bad injectors or something. So if the tune-up doesn't help, I would take it in and have it looked at.
