Default FAVORITE CAR MOVIE?

What's going on fella's! Thought I would start a thread to see what everyone's favorite car movie of all time is. I would have to say my all time favorite would have to be a tie between American Graffiti and the original Gone in 60 seconds (1974). So fire away and let us know your favorite car movie of all time.

not really a car movie. But the movie To live and die in LA has a kick *** chase scene. Also cannon ball run, smoky and the bandit, and vanishing point.

O.K. not really a car movie but, "Any Which Way You Can" was great!!!!!

Classiclines like

"scrap the caddy clyde"

"left turn clyde"

"stop eating all myOreos - you damn ape"

Really crack me up!

Well it's kind of a car movie, it did have a junkyard in it. I've spent many of good days in junkyards.

Gotta be one of these
" Two Lane Black Top" featuring James Taylor
The original " Gone in sixty seconds"
or "Bullitt"

I think I gotta go with Gone in Sixty, a little slow starting out but they smashed a lot of cars and no camera tricks!

The end chase scene in the original Gone in 60 seconds was incredible! I believe it was 38 minutes long and like you said gm trucker, it was the real deal and "no camera tricks!"

What was the name of that movie that had the most car crashes ever? It is from the 70s early 80s.

I forgot one,
Days Of Thunder.
I might catch some grief because of that weirdo Tom Cruise but he made this movie before he "came out of the closet"
