Actually if you want a custom tune instead of a tuner, Westers makes a dual octane tune that will work the way you want it to.

Its a tune not a tuner. They make a tune, throw it on a PCM, give it to you for whatever price you agree on, then you send them yours. They have dual octane tuning, but nothing listed for E-85. I'd ask. I little tweaking and I bet they can dial in E-85 along with a standard 87 tune.
