Default front driver side tire seems to be locking up on tight turns - 2000 Z71

When I'm taking quick left turns i hear my front driver side tire squeak almost like its locking up and skidding kind of like a "squeak squeak squeak" pattern and it gets faster the tighter the turn the more it will squeak. Only the driver side, only left turns. 2000 Z71 with a 3in body lift and nitto terra grapplers, not sure of the size, they're metric so i would guess about 33 in if that helps.

Thanks in advance!

Sounds like they're rubbing? With the truck standing still, crank the steering wheel over to the RIGHT side so you can see if there's any rubbing on the frame or chassis that would occur when the steering wheel would be cranked to the LEFT.

i did and i can't see any place where there is any rubbing. all parts of the wheel well are clean, no scuffs or anything. what else could it be? sounds like if the tire was rubbing on something there would be some noticeable wear on some part of the wheel well.

Is it all the time or just in 4x4?
