Default front sway bar bushings

I have a 95 z71 k1500 4wd 5.7l and as I was driving I noticed that as I hit a bump the trucks steering went limp. I looked under the front of the truck and noticed that the bushings weren't there. What is the easiest way to put them back on? I have the bushings. But I can't move the sway bar to the area it needs to be. Help please.

Remove the sway bar frame mounts. I assume you have the correct sway bar to lower control arm bolts etc.
