ok im looking for some help on an idea i have for my buddies truck that im building for him, im about 85-90% sure on this but i want to make sure im right before he spends his money.

im going to be installing a cam soon but he wants to do his heads, so im tunning the idea of installing 6.0 heads on his 4.8 engine, i know that blocks are the same and they should work, im not worrie about the specs on the push rods or anything at the moment i can get all those at work but im just curious if there is something i may not know that wont allow them to bolt on, other then i need a different intake of course but thats not a problem.

if anyone has any ideas it would be of great help, like i sead im pretty sure it will work but i want to confirm my thoughts...

.... yeah im here, here trying to figure out info i need for your truck, u obviously arnt doing any research are ya pal. but im getting closer, i have some specs on both motors, i think its duable

 

i think that the 6.0 heads are way to big not to mention the bore is to small for the valves to fit
