heater blower only works on hi

my 2001 silverado heater blower only works on hi speed anyone know whats up? thanks

It all depends, some vehicles have different relays for each speed on the blower motor that could be burnt up or I would probably think your blower motor itself is bad, just the lower speeds cooked in the motor.

could be the switch, the motor, or a bad vaccum, which could be the line itself or the unit.

The motor is good...

the blower resistor slows down the current for lower speeds...its bad (most lkely),or the switch itself...beware of the resistor plug being crispy from heat
