Help!!! Camber wear on my silverado
hello for who ever sets there eyes on this post. I have a 2007 nbs silverado with a 5/7 mcgaughys lowering kit . I've had it dropped litterly from the time i got it home from the delership.so 2 years now. Front i got the spindles and lowering springs the back i got the flip kit and 2 inch drop shackles so my truck sits 5/9 right now. Everything was fine for a while and then i noticed my tires wearing excesivly. Now its getn me worried cuz im low on cash and to many bills to pay. The camber varies everytime i go get it aligned too so gets me worried. If anyone has any advice or help on wut i should do please let me know. The camber varies from -.9 to -1.8 so its pretty bad

Sounds like you are experiencing spring sag on the front struts. As the spring settle it will cause the camber to go negative. Or your upper control arm bushings are slipping between alignments. You should take some fender height measurements just after alignment, then keep track of them to watch for sag. Hard to say for sure without looking at it but that might give you a few ideas.
My 2011 is dropped 4/7 with a McGaughy kit, 6000 miles so far so good. But on the front I went with the coil spring relocators instead of the drop springs.
