2009 Silverado crew cab. Standard 5.3 V8 6 speed.

I am not too knowledgable about vehicles & mainly use it for commuting but I am going to replace the entire factory exhaust system with some type of performance exhaust. Mainly because I just like the rumble & have heard that it may increase HP a tad? IMO this new 6 speed trans can use all the help it can get!

Any advice as to which manufacturer/type would be greatly appreciated. If possible please explain why you prefer a certain model as it will help me make my decision.

Are you gonna replace with headers too or leave the stock manifolds? I would do headers. You will see big gains with that set up. Long tubes are the best choice.
