Help: installing new seatbelt, but it is locked up.
I am attempting to install a new seatbelt in my 2009 GMC Sierra, but when I opened the package and went to put it in, I cannot extend the seatbelt. It is locked up (wont pull out), but will go in. Getting mad because the truck is apart and the belt cost $100. Thanks for the help.
