Default Hooked Battery Up Backwards

In a stupid move, I reversed the cables on the battery, and now I have real problems. It fried the fusable link, and it won't start, so I assume I will need a new ECM and EPROM. There was no melting of wiring. Gauges, starter and lights are fine. Anyone out there have any suggestions as to anything else that would obviously need to be replaced?
I can find refurbished ECM's, but I am having a hard time finding EPROMS. Does anyone have info on where I might locate one?

Thanks Larry

I may be wrong but I don't think that will cause any problems. Did you check to make sure the battery isn't dead?
