Silly question but how do you access the trailer electrical connector?
Does it swing open, snap offor do you pull the connector from the inside?

Make sure there IS a trailer connector in there...

The other day,a customer came in complaining that he could not open that...well,it was just a "dummy" plug...The truck did not have a tow package
