Default How to "rack" pipes?

I just had the cherry bomb extreme installed onto my truck, and whenever I'm in park or neutral and push the pedal down I can rack the pipes... but whenever I'm just driving like normal how do I rack them?

its hard to explain but its the loudness of the exhaust, when mine are at higher RPM's it starts rapping, explaining it is kinda hard, instead of the normal rumble the exhaust gets alot more higher pitch if that makes any sense lol

I have found the further back you mount the Cherry Bumb the more of a "Rack" or Snap you will get out of it when you put your foot in it.

The forward you mount it, the more rumble, thrushy noise you will get.
