I bought the Hypertech Programmer cause I like to screw with different settings all the time (I tow and offroad as well as drive the highway everyday). Honestly, get the tuning (Wheatley) done if you want the best bang for the buck and are going to leave it alone. If you like to screw with different things the Programmer would be better.
