i have a 2000 z71 with the 4.8 it seems to have a problem of kinde shuttering when you first start it it just randomly does this im not sure it dont do it all the time.........it does have 183,000 miles yea i drive alot.....but it runs fine despite of that it just every so often it dies when you start it.......thanks for the help, Joey

 

Weak fuel pump maybe. turn your key on for a few seconds before you crank it over.

 

thats what i wanted to think, but if so wouldnt it do it all the time?
