Default Installed my K&N CAI

Installed my FIPK2 today! It went nice and smooth, very easy to follow instructions, fit like a glove, only issues were filter touching the wheel well and vibrating (solved with the rubber strip included in the kit...forgot that piece at first), MAF connection wasn't long enough (solved by unplugging connection to AC resevoir, temp sensor was already out, and rerouting the wires back around the wire to connect the hood light, still short by a hair, so I rotated the MAF sensor towards the plug and got the length needed), and crankcase vent hose is extremely tight, although it fits, I am going to buy a longer one or just splice and clamp on an inch or so of hose.

No fuel economy gains yet, will update when noted.
Increased throttle response
Exhaust sounds a little better, but barely noticeable

Instructions were nice and easy to follow, only took an hour to install (took our time).

All things said, it fit with the body lift, but I now know why they say not designed for body lifts.

Thank you all for your input on my earlier questions about it.

Thanks for the update. I plan on doing both the body lift and the FIPK to mine come summer. Glad to hear it works.

Ran into a small problem today on my way to the gym. Truck almost died a few times, oil pressure dropped to 10 psi. I bucked into the parking lot and opened up the hood and much to my surprise, the $&%^**# inatke was off the throttle body! After resetting it and adding another hose clamp, all is good. I'm going to get a wider hose where intake meets TB so another hose clamp can grab on.
