Default Installing cruise on 2004 V6 Silverado...

Can anyone please help find info/direction on installing cruise on this truck? Does anyone know why the kits are so expensive compared to V8? Any help really appreciated!

Default cruise add-on

Why do they suck? What are the issues? Is it better to have the dealer do it? My DH is adamant about this!
