You can theoretically swap the intake over, yes, but it will require a huge amount of work unless you swap the computer/harness/sensors over along with the intake, runners and plenum.
The intake you're asking about is called a Tuned Port Intake. It's an EFI intake that uses sequential port injection. In other words, it's a fancy 90s intake to squeeze just a little more power out of the old style SBC before they started using LT1 engines in F-body cars.
Basically, it would be easier to put on an Edlebrock dual plane intake and a carburetor than it would be to swap over all the TPI stuff.
