Yeah... you might lost the 350z in there, LOL! I don't see how you could take your truck through all that mud and grime. You can't possibly love it like I love my truck. Heck it rained this morning and I went outside and washed my truck real good and it rained on it again tonight. I knew it was going to but I guess when you actually care for your truck it's different.

Well said 72charger. I was thinkin the same thing. When i was younger tho, i had Jeep CJ's for 4Byin'. My truck, not a chance. Its my main transportation and your just asking for trouble when ya start doin that stuff. All that mud n snow and etc freezing in the brakes and etc, NOT GOOD. Besides, ya have a 4 wheeler and a dirt bike in the back, WHY not use them to do that stuff, lots cheaper to fix them. I did that 1 yr, many yrs ago, a bunch of us went 4Byin in our Jeeps, w/o the tops on, and we went thru mud holes and etc, the inside was covered with mud, got home, drove it thru a carwash w/o the top on. Ruined my radio, speakers etc, dumb,dumb,dumb............... Its his truck tho.................. Jim

I love seeing good wheeling pics like this. I know what you guys mean bout keeping your truck clean but thats also really cool to see people who dont mind getting dirty doing stuff like this. I bought my truck for things like this. Well and because I needed a winter vehicle in MI. Granted if I had a new truck I would be ahelluva lot less temped to do that. NICE PICS THO!!!

I dunno. My 91' was in the grime all the time, but then again the paint was messed up so the mud covered it up real nice. I'd proabably do it with my 99', but I haven't just yet. When I do take her off-road I'll do like I did with my 91', pull it all apart and clean everything a few days later. I used to bury my 91', leave the mud on it for a few days, then pressure wash it, put it up on blocks, pull the wheels, clean the breaks up, spray up under it with a hose, check the diffs and transfer case for damage and sh*t in he fluid, regrease everything, spray off the engine and interior, pull the drums, and throw it all back together. I pulled the hubs apart a few times too. My worry is that there is a ton of hiding places for the mud and some of it can get into bad spots like the PCM box, fuse box, and around all the electronic stuff on the 4wd motor, abs sensors, etc..
