Default Lift Kit?????

Ok guys, I'm new to the 4X4 seen, with a 94 Ext cab. never owned one b4. I want to lift it probly 6" or so and go with 33's maybe 35's. I dont really know much about it. I have always droped them, now I want to get high! SO? Lift it with a standard kit? (Who sells a complete kit, where I don't have to run and get this or that in the middle of things)? OR go all out and do a solid axle swapp? Like I said I don't have experience with 4X4's but I do have a good imagination, fab skills, and alot of ideas. I want KOOL with the least amount of headacks.

Honestly the only height increases i have done is tire sizes.....i know that there are some simple kits designed for smaller lifts bigger stuff i dont know anything about, id say just read magazines and manuals..... you will probly have to extend brake lines and maybe steering adjustments too.... try www.stylinconcepts.com and www.truckaddons.com for parts and kits

Right here, this is what I want, frame down. I don't want to gut the interior.

That's more than a 6' lift in the pic. If you want that get your check book out & be ready to spend some money. I would just go with a 6' ifs lift from Procomp, BDI, Superlift, SkyJacker ... with 35's.

I HAVE A 90 CHEVY SILVERADO K2500 WITH 33BY 12.50 ON STOCK LIFT HAD TO SHORTEN FRONT BUMPER BUT STILL LOOKS AND RIDES GOOD. THESE TIRES ARE FROM WALMART "SUPER SPORTS" AND THEY PRICE AT $150 A PIECE. I HAVE INDEPENDANT SUSPENSION SO THAT WOULD COST ME $3000 FOR A 4 INCH LIFT THROUGH 5 STAR. 1200 FOR PARTS AND THE REST FOR LABOR. ALSO HAD TO REMOVE LOWER FENDER PLASTICK PIECES FROME THE METAL PART OF FENDER. THESE ARE ALLTERAIN TIRES SO THEY ARE TALLER THAN WIDER BUT WHEN I TURN OR HIT A BUMP THEY DO RUB A LITTLE WITH THE AGRESSIVE TREAD BUT I TOOK CARE OF THAT WITH PUSHING THE LIP OF THE FENDER COSEST THE CAB AND PUSHED THEM IN AND YOU CANT EVEN TELL. A LOT OF MODIFING ON THIS CHEVY FOR FAIRLY CHEAP.

I HAVENT DONE ANY OFFROADING SO I COULDNT TELL YOU YET HOW WELL THE STOCK SUSPENSION WOULD WORK FOR CLEARANCE.
