Is this the shocks that you put on your truck. And i was wondering when was a good time to replace shocks. I have a 2005 silverado 1500 z-71 with about 35000 miles on it. Thanks

 

Your stock Bilstiens are good for about 35k-40k at most. I can't tell you how much of a better ride, handle and feel the Edelbrock IAS Performers made. I am glad to see your on top of **** man. The stock shocks are junk. Wait until you take them off (2 hrs tops) and compare them to the Edelbrocks. BTW; The Edelbrocks come with a NO BS warranty for life. Hey thank. Also you said you are running 285 on 17 inch rims. Is it better to go with the stock 17x7 i think or would a 17x8 rim be better?
