They should have shut down all those Medium Duty GMC dealers the day they announced their discontinued operations and manufacturer. Some of the stuff they tried to pull on my company after they were out from under the factory control is rediculous. I know three dealers that should be in prison. Chevy dealer fixes all my fleet vehicles now.

This post is what turned up in my medium duty search. So I'll hook mine on here. I've been seaching for days for some resonably priced insurance for a non-commercial medium duty truck such as: F-450, F-550, 4500, 5500, TerraStar, Kodiak, Topkick, etc. Most co wanna sell you commercial unless you add some living quarters and call it an RV.

But I finally found what I was lookin for. I think it's worth sharing. I got a quote of about $32 per month for 100/300/50 liability and uninsured motoists. And as long as it is not used for commercial purposes, they don't care what kind of bed you put on your truck. You can even haul or pull a race car with it!
