I just got an 02 silverado ext cab Z71 with 137k on it
i love the truck but im concerned about how long the truck will last.
how many miles do these trucks go before they need major work?

my trans kicks a little into second gear, but im getting a rebuild next week.

need so feedback.

 

personally, i would take it
to a good transmission guy
and let them test drive before
i forked out a bunch of money
for rebuild, could be just something
simple, (if i can use that word these days)
