hey hows it going i have a 03 silverado with four inch lift on 33 and the right side of my truck is sittin about a 1/4 to a 1/2 inch lower than the left side and is quite noticeable i was wonderin if any one knew what it could be would really appreciate the help instead of payin a arm an a leg thanks

 

1/4-1/2inch???? How could you even tell? It would have to be like an inch difference atleast to tell. In any event. If you have been beating the suspension going across potholes, speed bumps, curbs, or off roading it, you could have messed up the torsion bar adjustment or messed up the alignment. Do you think you could have blown your front right strut?.......did you check the air pressure in the front right tire?[sm=laughat.gif]

 

yeah i put some air in the front right tire and your right its more like a inch i don know how its been driven just bought the truck so do you think it could be my front shock thanks for the help?

I had an 01 Tahoe without any modifications and it sat 1.5" lower on theleft front. the dealer said the torsion bar could be adjusted , but if it rode ok, to not worry. I did nothing and it was fine, no unusuall tire wear,it rode, and drove great for over 100k miles.

I didn't like it, but I use to drive those tahoes about 80kevery 2 years and trade. I loved the way that vehicle rode and drove, and didn't want to take a chance of changing the ride. It wasn't noticable except when you would look at it from front at ground level. Heck, I had it about 6 months before I noticed it.

 

If you have torsion bars you can crank that one side so it levels out, or you might need an alignment, or it could just be whooped suspension parts
