1997 silverado no heat just put new themosate in but doesn't seem to be warming up and still just blowing cold air what else could in be. both the upper and lower radiator hoses get warm but not hot. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Possibly a blend door issue or there is a heater valve under the hood that could be faulty. (I am assuming noone has bypassed the heater).
