Default New 2008 Reg Silverado..Rough ride

Ok, so I purchased this truck off a guy..recently, just loved the look of it.
(2008 Silverado with 26K on it)

Now as far as I know, the truck is stock (came with 20" Rims/with michelin tires)

I've never experienced such a rough ride though in a truck, let alone on the highway.

It is booked in tomorrow at the dealership to have a look, but do you guys have any suggestions for making this ride alot smoother?

Thanks..

Do you know if the suspension is stock or if it has been messed with? That truck should ride great!

Default Ruff Ride

My 2009 rides ruffer than a cob. Put a little weight in the bed and it rides pretty good. Its a work truck, regular cab.

The first thing I did when I bought my 99 Silverado was change the shocks....

Check the tires also...some tires just ride rough! I have some Firestone Destination LE tires on my Suburban and when it is cold out they ride like bricks till they warm up.

ya..well dealer is thinking its the tires as everything else checks out.

so im gonna make sure psi should be where its at, and test out just a sandbag in the back..then if it still sucks highway wise for bumpy ride, change out shocks..
