These will prob be the last pics you see for a while.
I cleaned all the snow off it today and fired it up to let it run.
Went and picked up my bedsides last night and they look really good, they just have one dent in the middle of the driver side and the back of the passenger side is a little crushed in.
Even the paint is good but it will be a different color when im done anyway. (yes i will take the stupid rubber pieces of the bedsides)

Dont mind the snow, i didnt have it cleaned all off when i took the pic but its all off now.

Uncovered her today because the snow has been starting to melt off, Hopefully it stays that way.
Figured it would be cold blooded but surprisingly she fired right up.
Now if it warms up a lil more i can start putting some parts in and go hunting in the junk yards to look for a new crossmember for my frame.

Just a little update here guys.
And apparently i bought my buddies 4bolt main 350SBC for 100$ you guys think it was worth it ill post some pics.
Also found out my truck has an Edelbrock intake to.
Disregard the bed leaning against the truck in the pics its just gonna go to the scrap yard.
Got some pics of the engine bay to because you guys havent seen it yet. Yes i know its dirty but im working on cleaning it and no my valve covers are not leaking they are just dirty and its just water making them look wet.
There is a line of paint on the back of my cab because i dont have the body lift blocks on the bed floor we just set the bed floor on the truck so it is out of the way.
O ya and BTW i know my power steering pump is not hooked up, i found the belt laying across my frame rail lol it was a tad bit dry rotted.
Ok here are the pics

Just another update here guys.
Well i tore that motor apart i just got and decided im just gonna sell it.
But i found out i have like a month and a half to get it done to be able to paint it at my tech.

So you should hopefully see alot more updates soon.
What i need done for paint:
Floors
Rockers
Door bottoms
Bedsides put on the new bed floor
Frame cleaned, a new frame cross-member and it all painted

What i need done in general
All ^^^ that and also:
New brake lines
Interior
New brake rotors drums pads etc.
Some cleaning up underneath the hood and definitely inside
And to finish putting it back together.

Ya i got all brand new gaskets for a whole motor with that other motor i bought so while i have it up at tech ill throw a new set of head gaskets and valve cover gaskets on it.
I'm pretty sure im just gonna go with gloss black because its simple but still looks good.
The body isnt perfect but its not to bad like the only "Damage" is where the back corner of the bedside is smashed a lil.

Hopefully it will be cleaner when im done, but ive got a good bit to do in the cab to and i dont want to do it all at tech just the paint and under the hood, Ill do the interior at my house so its done how i want it.

Im looking at putting something on my floor before i but carpet down again.

Sort of like a bedliner or some sort of HD paint.
Just so its cleaned up before i put the carpet in but i dont know what i can use.
Does anyone have suggestions, i heard the truck bedliner in a can was junk so i dont really want to use it. Has anyone used the rustoleum rubberized undercoating or the professional undercoating, if so what are they like and would they hold up better than the bed liner in a can.

I also have to paint my frame soon so it would be a plus if i could use the same thing on my bed as in my cab.
