New guy here
Hi all!
I am new here. I just bought my son a 94 GMC Z71 (first car). Truck only has 64000 miles on it (car fax checked). I dont think the original owner ever washed the darn thing though as the paint is less than perfect. We put dual exhaust with flowmasters on it and I had to replace the rear wheel cylinders and brake lines. The tailgate latch was not working but we fixed that.
I am looking forward to getting some great tips from you folks.

WOW...it's a new truck!! Only 64 or 66k? Great. And you already put flowmasters on it? How do they sound? Do you recommend? And no one washes trucks anymore...it's too cool to have a dirty truck. Must make you more of a man if you go 15 years without washing it.

Great. My exhaust came apart going down the road, yesterday. Nuts came off flange somehow. It was just an open exhaust right under the passenger seat. Made me think about getting a good sounding exhaust. Of course the racket my truck was making was unbearable. Way too loud. Stock muffler is now connected again. Scared me to death when the thing came apart though.
