hi, i´m from germany , and a owner of a new silverado

i need help!!!

i would like to change my manuel clima control to an automitic clima control...

i buy it on ebay.com

but now, doesn´t work ...

the manuel clima control had two plug´s , grey and blue...

the automatic clima control need a grey and a black plug?!?

have anyone a wiring harness plan from silverado 2008 clima control??

I believe you are going to run into more problems than it is worth. Hvac module is going to have to be programmed (dealer)and the truck I believe isn't wired for auto hvac. Inside air temp sensor and so on.

 

Yeah you probably don't have the RPO code that allows capability of it. Is it a WT, LS, or LT?

Hmm, well it is very well possible that you have that RPO code. But don't be alarmed if it doesn't. Check with the dealership about the RPO codes you have for your truck and if it is compatible with the clima control. If it wasn't an LT then it for sure wouldn't be. (since LT is the 2nd highest package, behind the LTZ)

i´m sure that my truck is LT version... but the plug´s are not the right one, i need a black one

-C67 Air Conditioning Manual
-C99 IP Switch

Yeah those are a couple RPO codes (3 digit) but I don't know what means what. Thats where I had to ask the dealership what those mean.
