Default No fuel from throttle body

Hey all, new guy here. I am always on motorcyle forums since I dont have a truck, but I am in a spot and someone told me if you guys and gals cant help me, noone can. So, here goes.

I need some help. I am trying to help my grandfather out. He has a 1992 Chevy Silverado with a 5.7 350 in it. He came over to my house to do some work. When he went to leave, it wouldn’t start. No fuel would spray from the throttle body. So here is what I have done so far.
Changed fuel pump and sending unit
Changed fuel pump relay
Changed throttle body with one known to be good (sprayed 2 months ago)
Changed fuses in cab
Changed the oil pressure sensor switch

I am at a loss and don’t know what else to do. Please help me, I am tired of spending money on his truck!!!PLEASE HELP!!!

Do you hear the pump coming on? Have you changed the fuel filter? Can you get a fuel pressure reading? When you swapped TBI units you swapped the complete unit, injectors, FPR, and all?

Get someone to hook up a scanner to it to make sure the computer didn't crap out. Also I have seen this happen before with a bad ground wire for the computer. Check that too.

Do you have spark? The fuel system is triggered from the igntion system.

Default Got it!!!!

Hey guys, just wanted to thank you and let you know what the issue was. I fugured it out last night. There was an electrical component on the distributor that was bad, plus a bad distributor cap and rotor. I had no idea that the fuel system would not work with no spark. Dont know what was bad, the pickup coil, or the module, I just changed the entire distributor since there was 175k on the truck and it was original. Thanks again for all of your help guys.
