noise from rear wheel area

i have a bad rattle coming from the left rear wheel area when driving down bumpy roads,the noise will stop when i gently apply the emergency brake.anybody have an idea what this might be?

This could possibly be you e brake shoes there is a updated clip that holds the ebrake shoes together

you are right,over the weekend i took the rotor off and the parking brake clip was missing.
