so i just hit 80k miles on my 2006 sierra 1500 4x4. Recently ive had an odd squeal when im turning, and it sounds just like how a tire rubbing on a fender or plastic would sound, but the tire is not touching anything. The reason i say it is odd, is that it only does it when turning left. I checked the belt, and the power steering pump and both are fine.

What would cause it to only make the sound on a left turn?
