If I had to guess I would say somewhere around a 245/75-16.

Mine has 235-75-R16, but it might be different for the 4x4s

I am pretty sure that the 4x4's of that body style run all had the same size tire requirements. I am pretty sure it had 245/75 R16's on it. Most people run 265/75 R16's with the stock rims. You could run up to 285/75 R16's on them with out lifting it. (May have some rubbing on the bumper and back of the fender) The 30 9.5's would look rilly funny. I have 32x11.50's on 15's and I get a little bit of rubbing if I turn too hard while braking. But my wheels are offset quite a bit!

Change the tire size and make it look right!
