Help! It was freezing rain that got the blade stuck, now the wiper will not park correctly or function right. Luck for me it's the passenger side. The motor moves the wiper, just doesn't pick it up. The fluid sprays just stuck past the regular position.Just curious if I could possibly fix it myself.
