to me the perfect diesel would be the 04-05 duramax 2500. Banks everything out including the high ram intake, monster exhaust, and the six gun computer programer. and then later i'd have a front axle swap from the original axle to the straight axle that the Fords and Dodges have. (thats about the only good thing them Fords have going for them) but if yall have anything to add to it go right ahead

 

In 06' they upped the HP and Tq on the duramax. So I would say an 06' and up with the edge evolution programmer and the other banks items you listed.

 

The allison 6 speed is sick too i wish i could bolt one behind my 6.0

 

For gasoline Im a chevy guy for life but ive gotta hand it to cummins, thats one badass engine they make. 99' cummins 1 ton 8' bed, 4 door, banks everything, 10" lift, boggers, ranch hand bumper, I could go on for an hour...lol

 

yeah man them cummins are bad ***, my brother has a cummins 2500 with 4" suspension with 37 and it looks damn good. but i love BF Goodrich mt's. and i'v always drove a chevrolet and i cant stop now
