There's my new ride, a 2004 Silverado Z71 crewcab. Has 112K miles on it, Bose speakers, XM radio, dual automatic climate control, steering wheel controls, power seats/windows/pwr folding mirrors, 3.73 gear ratio, 5.3L engine, 4L60E transmission. Only a little rust on the rockers, but otherwise she's real clean. Picked it up from a reputable dealer and it's already had new Grabriel shocks, reman steering gear, pitman and idler, pads and rotors all around, transmission cooler lines, serpentine belts. So far since I've had it (about a month) I've had to put a battery, starter and left front brake caliper on it.

Can't wait to see how she pulls the boat

Sweet look'n truck. Are they warranting the drive train for a while?
I just paid 1600.00 to have my 4L60E rebuild with some performance parts.
I lost reverse and 3rd gear. It's a solid tranni now

No, it was an "as is" purchase. I'm sure if I ask in the event of catastrophic failure they might help me out, but seeing as I work at a GM dealer, and I'm pretty good with our two transmission guys, I can get it fixed for significantly less than walk in pricing

The trans in my old 96 truck I had done for under $500, and it was strong enough to tow a 98 dodge truck, 2001 ford windstar, my 3800lb boat, my 3600lb camper (plus my bed was loaded), fishing boat, pull out a small tree or two. You know, the usual truck stuff. Worked like charm, so I'm not too worried about it. If the trans in this truck goes out, I'll be giving it the same rebuild the old truck got.

Default New Pickup!

As I stated in the new member area, I am back, and I've got a new ride

2013 GMC Sierra SLT Z71 All Terrain Edition
-18,000 miles
-Florida Truck
-Truxedo Bed cover
-Running Boards

This truck has every option and is owned by an older GM retiree who put on booties the day he bought it and then put plastic and another layer of carpet down on the floor. It is absolutely spotless
