I'm wondering if a 69 doghouse will bolt on relatively easy to my 85 cab. I found a complete doghouse for $125 in great shape. I haven't done a swap like this and if the bodylines will work, it might be a good look.

The bodywork from the firewall forward. I have a bed from a 46 and surprisingly the top of the sides work with the 85 doorline. I think I can make the 69 frontend work too. I might draw it up first.

i have seen trucks here with older bodys on them and newer frames underneath it so if theres a will theres a way
