Geez I thought this post was to show off the look of our trucks. I ll add my two cents then. My truck has 160,000 on it and I've had no engine or tranny issues with it. I know a guy with a 99 2500 with 250,000 on his and he was going down the interstate and the transfer case locked up solid. GM, horrible GM replaced everything for him no questions asked, even the tires with flat spots in them. But thats right they don't care about their customers.

 

I would like everyone to revisit the “Bowtie no more� thread and see exactly the series of events that occurred. You will see that others and I sympathized and offered their condolences with Bowties unfortunate luck. However, the story didn’t completely add up and enticed most of us to believe that Bowtie utilized a lack of common sense and good judgment while getting his truck fixed. After confronting your ignorance, you retorted by insulting our education and where we are from. I suppose we were supposed to listen to your “advice� about GM’s lack of customer support after you insulted us. Once again, I would like to invite everyone to visit the thread and read what really happened. In fact, Bowtie you should revisit the thread and get your facts straight, before attempting to make the rest of us feel sorry for you. No one has pity for you, especially after insulting our intelligence. As smoke stated, we are more educated than you think. Smoke is a Paramedic; I am also a Paramedic with two Associates and a Bachelors degree. BigTexasChevy has an Associates degree and has four ASE certifications. Argon has been a GM technician for over 20 years. I am certain the list of educational prestige goes on. Bowtie, you are an instigator and a fabricator. In addition, you need to conduct an evaluation of your integrity. You entered this forum with hopes of proving GM’s lack of customer support, but unfortunately for you, all you proved was your ignorance.
