power window dirvers side

my power window doesn't work, I believe by testing (???) that it not my switch. can anyone give light on why??? how do I test the motor?

You can run wires directly to the motor from your battery to test it, also check your fuses and trace the wires to check for loose connections.

ya really need a test lite...remove the door panel and unplug the motor...wire the test lite into the plug and try it...if she lites up,you have a bad motor!
