I don't know of a way to permanently remove the fading in plastic but Armorall may make it look better temporally.

If you do it right you can paint them with that paint for interior plastic panels. My neighbor custom painted his door panels with neon green on black panels. It took him awhile to do it but it worked.

They have plastic dyes to match the interior that are sold in spray cans that work very well. They flow on smoothly and without imperfections unless you are just plain ol' sloppy, it will look great! You should be able to get a few cans in a detailers supply shop that will work just fine! Make sure you clean the door panels first and get rid of any armourall, dirt and other grunge before you spray! I did the door panels of an old 1070 Chevelle in a brite blue metallic that came out absolutely perfect!

Yeah lots of soap and water with a good brush to clean off the oil and dirt otherwise it will peel off.
