When I did my 90 model chevy I just changed the o-rings, drained the old oil out of the compressor, changed the accumulator to an new accumulator, flushed the condencer out with a type of flush, changed the shrader valves, put it all together, vaccummed it down for an hour or 2, then charged it with the new stuff. Autozone had everyhting I needed. The whole process was not that bad to do. Just time comsuming.
